New User Accounts

Employees at United WestLabs all need to have their own email - @unitedwestlabs.com
The standard is Employee First Initial Last Name (at) unitedwestlabs (.com)
We will need their full name and their title.

We use Office 365 by Microsoft, and this allows everyone to get their email from the web: https://outlook.com
Please include the employees personal cell phone number when you request an account so that we can setup Multi-Factor-Authentication (MFA). This will send a text message to the employee when they login to a new device. It is also encouraged for them to setup the Microsoft Authenticator App on their phone.

Creation of new user accounts is not instant. Please allow us a few days to process the request.
  1. Create user credentials
  2. Create account password
  3. Apply user access
  4. Update group (mailing list)
  5. Apply license (E1, E3)
  6. Activate MFA
  7. Send credentials secure to their manager
